Lesson Policies

Never Stop Leaning


(1) Scheduling

The lesson requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance through the booking system on this website.

If there are more than 12 hours remaining before the lesson begins, you can make modifications through the booking page.

Your reservation will be confirmed 12 hours before the lesson commences. If you need to reschedule within 12 hours before the lesson starts, please inform us promptly.

(2) Payment

Kindly finalize the payment upon scheduling your lesson on the booking page.

(3) Cancellation and Rescheduling

A lesson reminder will be sent the day before the scheduled lesson.

To reschedule, you can make changes through the booking page (if it's more than 12 hours before the lesson) or reach out to us directly.

Please note that rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to the lesson is allowed only once per lesson. This policy ensures that the instructor's time is used effectively and that other students have fair access to available slots.

To cancel a lesson, a refund will be issued minus a processing fee of 2.9% + 30 cents (credit card fee). For cancellations made between 12 hours and 6 hours before the lesson start time, 50% of the lesson fee will be refunded. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the lesson start time are not eligible for refunds.


(4) No Show/ Be on time


If you are delayed by more than 15 minutes without prior notice, the lesson will be marked as a no-show and subject to charges. Kindly ensure your prompt readiness, allowing us to commence the lesson promptly at the scheduled time. 

(5) Exceptions

1. In the event of inclement weather leading to unpredictable power outages or Wi-Fi connection issues.

2. In cases of unforeseen emergencies or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, traffic accidents, sudden emergencies, etc.), where advance notification is impossible. Should any of the aforementioned exceptions arise, the lesson will be rescheduled.

(6) Teacher's Cancellation

If your teacher has to cancel or reschedule the lesson due to an emergency or personal reasons at least 24 hours before the lesson time, you are eligible for a full refund. If your teacher requests rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to the lesson, you will receive a full refund along with an additional free lesson.

(7) Privacy Policy

As per our confidentiality policy, we will not disclose any personal information that we acquire via our online booking procedures or during our lessons, nor will we use such information for any illicit purposes. Lesson notes will be used for our learning purposes only.
