Lesson Policies

(1) Scheduling

We offer private sessions, Themed Sessions, and group sessions. Lessons must be booked at least 48 hours in advance through the booking system on this website. Lesson times are confirmed once the booking is complete and are based on the teacher’s availability. If your preferred date and time are not available, please contact the teacher directly. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time, as slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

(2) Payment

Please ensure that payment is completed at the time of booking your lesson through the booking page. Payment must be finalized when scheduling your session to confirm your reservation.

(3) Rescheduling / Cancellation

If you need to reschedule, we encourage you to move your lesson to a different date or time instead of canceling. You can make changes through the booking page at least 24 hours in advance, or contact us directly.

If you no longer plan to attend the lesson and would like to request a refund for a previously paid lesson, please notify us by email at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Refunds will be issued minus the credit card processing fee charged by the payment platform, as these fees are non-refundable to us.

If you cancel your lesson less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time, the payment will not be refunded. This is because your teacher’s time has already been reserved for you, and it’s no longer possible to offer that slot to another student. For this reason, if you are unable to attend the lesson, please inform the office or your assigned teacher as soon as possible.

 

(4) No Show

If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the lesson will be considered a no-show and subject to charges. Please ensure that you are ready to begin the lesson on time so we can start promptly as scheduled.
We recommend adding the lesson to your calendar and setting up notifications when the 48-hour reminder is sent, so you can receive timely alerts.

(5) Exceptions

In the event of inclement weather causing unpredictable power outages, or in cases of unforeseen emergencies or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, traffic accidents, sudden personal emergencies, etc.) where advance notification is not possible, the lesson will be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend a lesson, please contact us directly by calling the phone number provided in the teacher's email. If you cannot reach us by phone, kindly email the reason for your absence once the situation has settled, and we will arrange to reschedule the lesson.

(6) Teacher's Cancellation

If the teacher needs to cancel or reschedule the lesson due to an emergency or personal reasons, they will notify you and request a reschedule at least 24 hours before the lesson start time. In this case, you will receive the materials and practice exercises intended for that day's lesson for free. If the teacher requests a reschedule less than 24 hours prior to the lesson, you will receive one additional free lesson.

(7) Privacy Policy

In accordance with our confidentiality policy, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not disclose any personal information collected through our online booking system or during lessons to any third parties without your explicit consent. Additionally, we will not use your personal information for any unauthorized or unlawful purposes. All lesson notes and materials are solely for the purpose of enhancing the learning experience and will be used exclusively for educational purposes within the scope of your lessons. We take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of your personal data and ensure it is handled with the utmost care and respect.
